Sugar free Gummi Lollies

These sugar free, almost calorie free gummi lollies will definitely hit the spot if a sugar craving strikes. The calories are so low that you could literally eat the entire batch!!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets [1 box] diet jelly crystals any flavour
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • Half a cup of water

Method

  1. Combine jelly crystals and gelatine in a small saucepan. Mix to combine
  2. Add the half cup of cold water.
  3. Stir and leave for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, this hydrates the gelatin and makes a much smoother result.
  4. Heat the saucepan on a very low setting to slowly melt the mixture. You do not want to risk boiling it, so go low and don't stir too much as you don't want to introduce air into the mix.
  5. Tip into a container to set. Leave on bench for a couple of minutes to settle, then place in fridge or freezer (if you want them ready super quick) to set.
  6. Tip/pry out of container and cut up into little lollies.

Store in fridge for up to 7 days.
Cut into fancy shapes
