Peanut Balls

These low fat, low sugar balls work out to be just 85 calories each. Perfect for a mid morning or mid afternoon snack with a cup of tea. Very easy to make with no baking involved.

Makes 12

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cacoa [optional]
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup, malt syrup or honey

Method

Add all ingredients in a food processer and process until well combined. Add more oats if the mix is too wet or some more syrup or a splash of water if the mix is too dry.

Shape the balls to create 12 balls and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
