Yoghurt Berry Jelly

This is my most favourite dessert of all time. I freeze rather than fridge the mixture as it tastes like a strawberry ice-cream. You can use any flavours that you like such as lemon diet jelly and lemon flavoured low fat yoghurt.

Ingredients

85g pkt diet berry flavoured jelly              
1 cup boiling water
1 cup any type of frozen berries
1 ½ cups [300g] low fat berry flavoured yoghurt

Method

  1. Combine the jelly and boiling water until dissolved, cool but don’t allow to set.
  2. Roughly chop the berries
  3. Fold the yoghurt and berries through jelly mixture, mix and pour into serving bowls to fridge until set
  4. Option/ Freeze rather than refrigerate, stirring every 30 minutes until set like ice-cream
