Curried Beef Loaf
Recipes > Carb Free MealsThis one pot, low carb, easy dish is lovely served with a side of veggies for dinner then just as nice cold served with a salad for lunch. A super easy dish the entire family will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
- 700g lean beef mince
- 1 ½ cups cooked zucchini or cooked cauliflower rice
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 small eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 6 teaspoons Masterfoods Indian Cuisine Essentials or similar
- ¼ cup corn relish
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a loaf tin
- Combine the meat, zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice, onion, eggs, raisins and Cuisine Essentials until mixed and place into loaf tin.
- Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Spread relish on top and cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes
